The hotel had spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated us. While the cleanliness and comfort were lacking compared to other Thistle hotels we've stayed at, the check-in was delayed even though we requested an early check-in. The room was small and not as clean and comfortable as expected.

The service was, for the most part, not very knowledgeable but had one exception. The staff were kind and attentive. We felt a bit confused during breakfast as the staff weren't clear about the location of items. However, they were so nice and kind, making my birthday special.
